Eltham Redbacks FC is delighted to confirm the signing of Marcus Day ahead of the 2026 season.
The 28-year-old English forward arrives after a standout campaign for Whittlesea United, finishing as the club’s top scorer with 11 goals.
Day brings experience from across the English football pyramid before his move to Australia, including a stint in the National League with Harrogate Town.
Comfortably playing centrally or drifting into wide areas, Day’s movement and work rate is a constant thorn in the side of opposition defences, and his goalscoring instincts are equally sharp inside or outside the box.
His arrival adds proven scoring pedigree and versatility to the Redbacks’ forward line, as the club prepares for the next phase of its journey.
