Eltham Redbacks FC is thrilled to team up with Major Partner Acustruct to launch ProjectHER™ – The Build Office Experience, an eye-opening program that shows our female players just how many exciting, office-based careers exist in construction.
About the program
Across four interactive sessions (90 minutes each), girls in Years 10-12 from our U16 Community, U17 JGNPL and Senior Women’s squads will:
- Hear firsthand from inspiring female mentors in roles such as Interior Design, Estimating, Contracts Administration, Project Coordination, Marketing & Communications and more.
- Complete hands-on workshops both at Eltham North Reserve and inside Acustruct’s headquarters, seeing real projects come to life.
- Present their reflections and discover which career paths spark their interest.
